Ed is a naturalist, broadcaster and wildlife detective. He will take you for a two and a half hour walk from the hotel to find the edible goodies available locally (herb foraging only; for fungi experts please see Eric & Marlow below). Expect him to also keep you fully informed about the birds and wildlife you see along the way too. Meeting at 1pm for a set lunch. You will leave for the foraging walk at 2pm.
