Little Christmas is a day traditionally celebrated by women after the chaos of the festive season is past and it's the perfect day to give our often frayed after Christmas hormones some self care.
Women have used plants to support their hormones for far longer than we've had HRT. Come and spend the day discovering how to support your body during its cycles and through peri/ menopausal years with herbs and food. We'll make teas and tinctures that cool sweats, support sleep, calm our nervous systems and will feast on on a hormonal balancing lunch. (There won't be a turkey in sight!)
