Foraging and Making with Liz Knight
A voucher to join one of our foraging trips with Liz Knight which take place throughout the year. Liz Knight of Forage Fine Foods is an expert hedgerow forager and will show you how to take what you find and make something to eat and drink.
All courses meet at 9.30am for a 10am start. You will got for a walk from the hotel which takes approximately two and a half hours. On returning to the hotel, a three course lunch awaits you. You will then spend some time making Liz's seasonal recipes.

This voucher is non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance.
